Reservations are requested online and confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or email. No payment is taken online at the time of booking.
Rates published on this site are valid through 31 December 2026 and may vary for public holidays or peak season.
A deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before departure.
Payment is made by bank transfer within 1×24 hours of us issuing your invoice. We send the account details together with your invoice — never enter payment details on this website.
If you cancel, refunds are handled as follows:
Late arrival or no-show on the day of travel is charged in full.
Rescheduling and open tickets are subject to seat availability and must be arranged at least 2 days before departure in regular season, and 4 days before departure in peak season.
Each passenger may carry up to 2 pieces of luggage free of charge, not exceeding 20 kg in total. Sakocean may inspect baggage and decline to carry items, and is not responsible for loss of or damage to belongings in baggage.
We may cancel or reschedule a trip for reasons beyond our control — adverse weather, sea conditions, technical issues, passenger or crew safety, or direction from the Indonesian authorities or the harbour/boat master.
We are not liable for accommodation, onward flights, or alternative travel arrangements arising from any cancellation or delay; such costs are the passenger's responsibility.
Long boat journeys are not recommended for expectant mothers, guests with serious back complaints, or guests with serious physical conditions. Please contact us before booking if you have any concerns.
